Tinker AFB Oklahoma Charles B Hall Airpark.
Situated 8 miles South East of Oklahoma City lies Tinker AFB and the Charles B Hall Airpark. This free to enter park is located just outside the north gate on the Air Depot Blvd exit on Interstate 40. On the 18th June 2002, the park was renamed the Charles B Hall Airpark, in honor of Major C B Hall, a Tuskegee Airman and highly decorated pilot from the 99th Pursuit squadron, which was part of the 332nd Fighter Group. People of all ages will find this park rich in the Tinker AFB history and a network of paved walkways allow the visitor to look round the aircraft from all angles.
Whilst in the Oklahoma City area, take some time to visit this very interesting and historical Airpark, the range of aircraft on display should please any photographer and the newest exhibit an EA-6B "Prowler" is a real beauty of a jet.
