The Hava Kuvvetieri Muzesi Komutanligi is located near to the main road running past the VIP and Government Transport Wing Base at Etimesgut, 20km West of Ankara. Open daily from 09.00 – 16.30, this collection was inaugurated to provide the Capital with a representative collection of the types used by the Turkish Air Force (in the case of the PZL 24G displayed, by providing a full -scale model). However, as you will see from the photos, the majority are well displayed and attractively marked, making this location one to be sought out and enjoyed.
